What Happened?!

I’ve been relying on this app for years and it always did it’s job. Nothing super special… just reliable and accurate for the most part.
For months now however, it crashes every time I try to use it. No matter what I’ve tried I get the same results.
I tired uninstalling it and downloading it again but instasntly got the same results.
I went to the support page (on the link above) and the entire site is in some Asian language, with no option for viewing in English.
Why it’s still in the App Store is beyond me! Total junk!
