This app is definitely much better than Google translate. Capable to translate correctly from English to Italian and Russian and back. Good job!!!!

Most of the time is not working due to the above error… Why don’t you fix it? That’s a very useful app, why you don’t care? Aggiornamento per tutti: se inserite un INVIO prima di una delle ultime parole da tradurre….. FUNZIONA!

I used to use this app quite frequently but no it no longer works and has not been updated in years!

No results show for translation. Continues to search but no results. Not worth using!

App doesn’t stay open long enough to do anything. I just installed it today and it crashes everytime I open it and type a couple of words.

I’ve used this app for several years and normally would usually give it a five star rating. Until tonight. Tonight it crashes as soon as I begin to enter a word to be translated from English ti German.It crashes overtime I start to type a word. I used Cleanmymac to uninstall the app and then re-installed it. Again it crashed. The error claims Error 503. Downloaded the app again. Crashes every time I type a letter. Must have been designed by a Microsoft engineer.

The d*** thing crashes midway through through the first word. What the h*** use is that?

I used to enjoy using this App. Now it is worthless. I open it, type something in to be translated and, often before I even finish typing (and sometimes before I can even start typing), it CRASHES. I reopen the App. It crashes again. and again. and again. I am using an MBP 2011 model running latest OS 10 El Capitan, 10.11.5 Very frustrating! PLEASE fix it.

Everytime I have opened this app and attempted to translate it crashes. Would not recommend.

I was looking forward to using this translator. Maybe it’s okay, if functioning . . . I vaguely remember trying it out when I first purchased it and believe it provided fair translations. However, I haven’t been able to use it because it consistently crashes at the onset. One reviewer said there was no longer a connection to the website. I think a refund would be appropriate.

I open it up in maverick & it doesn’t work, that simple. It used to work but not since the new platform was put out after Maverick. Geeez. what a bummer, I really liked it too. Also there’s no link to upgrade for a new installer. Does anyone have any ideas for this? If not, oh well. Guess I get nada. Thanks

App crashes every time I attempt to translate anything

Version 2.0.1 doesn’t work in El Capitan. Use to work fine, but now crashes within seconds of opening. I removed it from my iMac about 6 months ago when it stopped working, so thought I’d give it another try to see if the problem had been fixed, but no such luck.

This app does not work at all on elCapitan. Every time I try to to enter a word or phrase when I right click the app crashes. It baisically is useless. DO NOT GET IT.

I try to type in anything & I get "Universal Translator quit unexpectedly.” Support does not exist!!!!!

I have this app installed on a fully updated not new but not old macbook pro with plenty of memory. I was able to open the app, choose the language I wanted to translate into and type in the phrase. That was as far as I got. I tried re-opening the app several time to no avail before finally zapping it off my computer. I’m SO THANKFUL I DIDN’T PAY FOR THIS APP. What a waste.

I did so love this app. And I used it extensively. But the newest version crashes every time. Now it is completely worthless. Attempted to reach support, but the page is all Chinese with no button for English that I could find!!

It keeps crashing after 5 seconds overy time. Belongs to the toilet and being flushed down.
