Universal Translator App Reviews

It worked fine until the latest update and now I get an error message and it quits! I’m glad it was free and I wish Mac had an automatic translator in their e-mail service like gmail and outlook!

As soon it starts translating it crashes!…….poor App and support it’s only in chinese!

I used to depend on this App daily. It seems to be no longer functional.

Open, crash, open, crash. Restart, open, crash. Reinstall, open, crash. There really wasn’t much more to it.

I have used this app in the past but it no longer works for me, instead crashing when I hit <return> to start a lookup.

I’ve been relying on this app for years and it always did it’s job. Nothing super special… just reliable and accurate for the most part. For months now however, it crashes every time I try to use it. No matter what I’ve tried I get the same results. I tired uninstalling it and downloading it again but instasntly got the same results. I went to the support page (on the link above) and the entire site is in some Asian language, with no option for viewing in English. Why it’s still in the App Store is beyond me! Total junk!

Older versions of this program were great but lately, not sure what, but it’s buggy and likes to crash. I’ve had to abandon it and go to other apps.

It worked for a few days with small texts. with large texts crahsed 50% of the time giving errror messages . Now its doesn’t even work even after re-installing it

Every time I try to translate from Spanish to English it shuts down the program. I deleted it and so should you
